DIGITAL EMPLOYEES
Digital Employees
Digital employees, implemented as specialized AI Workers, are being designed as bounded, supervised units of work coordinated by the Brain. Each operates within a clearly defined role, under human oversight. This describes an approved design direction, not employees that can be created, rented, deployed, or used today.

The Worker framework
Vaireon Nexus is being designed so each digital employee has a defined responsibility, is configured within that role, is equipped only with the tools its role requires, operates within explicit limits, and is governed across its lifecycle. Configuration and tools never silently expand a worker beyond its approved role.
- 01Defined role and scopeEvery digital employee has an explicit responsibility and clear limits on what it may prepare, recommend, access, or attempt.
- 02Bounded toolsA worker is equipped with the specific capabilities its role requires, rather than unrestricted access to every system or action.
- 03Human oversightWorkers may observe, understand, prepare, and recommend; people remain responsible for approving consequential actions.

Specializations
Personal, Business, and Software: sections of one platform, not separate products.
- 01Personal Digital EmployeesBeing designed to help individuals organize information, coordinate responsibilities, prepare work, and stay ahead of the details that shape daily life.Status: PLANNED
- 02Business Digital EmployeesBeing designed to help organizations coordinate work, maintain follow-through, prepare communications, organize information, and reduce repetitive operational burden.Status: PLANNED
- 03Software Digital EmployeesBeing designed to help keep applications, technical workflows, documentation, and operational data organized, consistent, and easier to maintain.Status: PLANNED

Framework and specializations
- coordination (provisional)
- boundary
A shared AI Worker framework with Personal, Business, and Software digital employee specializations, plus an extensible specialization model. This is an illustrative architectural view, not a claim of current capability. Every element is Planned.
Components
- AI Worker Framework — defines bounded, supervised digital employees (public term: Digital Employees) — provisional
- Personal Digital Employees — personal coordination and organization — provisional
- Business Digital Employees — organizational operations and follow-through — provisional
- Software Digital Employees — software maintenance, documentation, and data hygiene — provisional
- Specialization Model & Extensibility — future categories under the same model — provisional
Relationships
- All specializations inherit the same platform foundations (P1–P5 and P7).
- Personal, Business, and Software are sections of one platform, not separate products or silos.
- There is no marketplace, catalog, or user-created worker class, and no legal-employment or unrestricted-autonomy implication.
This figure is an illustrative system view; details are provisional pending review.
No digital employee can currently be created, published, rented, deployed, or used.

One platform, shared foundations
Every specialization is designed to inherit the same platform foundations rather than becoming a separate product: the persistent intelligence layer, the worker framework, coordination and orchestration, human-authorized execution, integrations, and security, privacy, and data governance. Personal, Business, and Software are different specialization dimensions within one extensible model.

Bounded roles under human authorization
Digital employees assist and propose; people remain responsible for consequential decisions. Execution may occur only within the exact limits a person has approved. Bounded autonomous operation remains a Long-Term Direction, not a current capability.

- 01No marketplace or catalogThere is no public marketplace, catalog, or app store of digital employees.
- 02No self-service builderThere is no self-service builder or unrestricted, user-created specialization system.
- 03Not available todayNo digital employee can currently be created, published, rented, deployed, or used. This page describes an approved design direction.
